SUMMARY
I'm using kde connect on windows 10 and it works perfectly. 
When I hibernate (or) sleep my laptop after turn on the kde connect it not responding.
My mobile device not shown in the list. 

After that i kill all kde process in the task manager and relaunch the application to solve this problem. 

Please correct this bug.
