journalctl on 5.21.5

SUMMARY
kwin_x11 disallows OpenGL render so e.g. woobly windows effect doesn't work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. kcmshell5 kwincompositing
2. set backend to OpenGL 3.1, eventually click on reanable OpenGL detection button
3. click Apply

OBSERVED RESULT
"Compositing is not active" as reported by
qdbus org.kde.kwin /KWin supportInformation


EXPECTED RESULT
"Compositing is active" as reported by
qdbus org.kde.kwin /KWin supportInformation
