KRunner/App-launcher share same config settings

SUMMARY
KRunner and the app launcher (Kickoff) share the same configuration settings. This means that KRunner needs to have Applications checked in order for the app launcher to display Application results.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. in Krunner config, deselect Applications
2. in the app-launcher (meta key), type Firefox
3. expect to see no results; see attached screenshot

OBSERVED RESULT
no Firefox app is listed

EXPECTED RESULT
Config settings for the app launcher are distinct and separate from KRunner

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I use KRunner to switch between running apps/windows and browser tabs only. The app-launcher is for launching apps, opening folders, and everything else. I don't know that it makes sense to have two separate apps sharing the same config like this, and it boinks my workflow.

They used to be separate (well kind of; Kickoff used to have a hardcoded list that you couldn't modify) but people wanted them to use the same plugins.

Going back would be a regression for most people. I suppose in theory we could make a UI that lets you choose whether to share plugins for both, or apply separate sets of plugins for each one. Kinda seems like overkill to me, but I dunno, maybe. :)
