OSD after automatic switching

SUMMARY
I have configured pulseaudio as remote audio server on my desktop computer,
so I can stream audio over network from my laptop to speakers connected
to my desktop computer. When Plasma automatically switches audio output
from laptop speakers to remote pulseaudio server, an OSD appears with not
human readable information "alsa_output bla bla bla on [ip address of server]:port".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. turn server machine on and start Plasma session
2. turn client machine on and start Plasma session
3. on client machine, use plasma-pa applet to select remote pulseaudio output
4. do logout on server machine (notice that audio output of client machine automatically
switched to its speakers)
5. start Plasma session on server machine again

OBSERVED RESULT
after the last step, audio ouput of client machine automatically switches
to remote pulseaudio and we see an OSD with not human readable information.
When I switch audio output to remote pulseaudio server manually instead,
I see an OSD with human readable information. Compare the attached screenshots please.

EXPECTED RESULT
when Plasma automatically switches audio output to remote pulseaudio server,
OSD should show the same information seen in the screenshot that shows OSD
after manual switching.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.82.0

Probably needs the same fix for the tooltip applied to the OSD.

Do you still have this setup? I wonder if the recent changes to the OSD infrastructure improved this at all.
