STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Firefox
2. Open Konsole
3. Start some command in Konsole that doesn't terminate
4. Raise the Firefox window
5. Click the close button in Konsole
6. A confirmation dialog will popup, click the Cancel button

OBSERVED RESULT
After the last step, Firefox has input focus, but Konsole is above it

EXPECTED RESULT
Firefox has input focus and it is the top most window

On one of my machines, pointer input goes through the Konsole window, but on the other machine, it doesn't.

It doesn't happen for me in 6.6 beta anymore.
