STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Meta key

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing

Application menu appears

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In the keyboard shortcuts configuration, there is two lines for "Activer le composant graphique Lanceur d'application" (in French, so it would be something like "Activate graphical component Application launcher") as shown in the screenshot.
