Please verify Internet connectivity." EXPECTED RESULT Loading of a application browsing portal to find/install new apps SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: Kali Distro (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.78.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This had happened in the past, then it resolved after a later released update, but now it is happening once again.
This was fixed in a later version. however I see that you are using Kali Linux, which is not appropriate for general use. You will find a million and a half other little weirdnesses, because running everything as root is explicitly unsupported and never recommended. I would encourage you to re-install your system with a more appropriate general purpose Linux distro, such as one of the ones you can see at https://kde.org/distributions.
