I mean that window:https://i.nuuls.com/t49JA.jpeg I can't move it around and maximize it. And also windows in general are buggy,they sometimes flicker around.
Can you provide some steps to reproduce this bug? As is, it is unactionable.
That window seems to be not maximizable by design, and the "maximize" option in the window menu is greyed out. I think the maximize button in the titlebar should be hidden in this situation.

To get an error message like that you could go in dolphin,then create the file "foo.desktop" and try to execute it. Then an error window spawns in the top left corner and you can't move it. I tested it,that doesn't only happen for error messages,that also happens for programs like sc-controller. It happens for many programs that can't be maximized.
This only happens when I set that windows spawn maximized in window behavior.
There were changes to disable maximize button depending on the size hints. Not sure what else can be done.
