SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings and maximize the window;
2. Change a setting and click in apply;
3. Change to another setting category. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The taskbar starts to flickering right after changing the setting and when changing from settings categories.

Is this reliably reproducible?

I can reliably reproduce it on X11 by changing the Task Switcher or adding new window rules (dunno about Wayland right now).

This is quite old, we have not got newer reports, we can assume it's fixed
