SUMMARY
There should be a default addon that would present window control buttons (Minimize/Maximize/Close) in case a user decides to hide the window frame/titlebar

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to the window manager configuration (Kwin/OpenBox/etc) and hide the Window Title Bar frame for Falkon

OBSERVED RESULT
One looses access to the Window Control Buttons

EXPECTED RESULT
User should be able to enable an addon that would present the Window Control Buttons avoiding the loose of this functionality
