The screenshot is taken after rotating back to landscape mode.

SUMMARY
Creating a rectangular region screenshot does not work when screen is in portrait mode on Wayland. If you switch to landscape mode you can now select a region, but the display is not properly rotated back. After taking the screenshot. After taking the screenshot everything is normal again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Rotate Screen to Portrait Mode
2. Open Spectacle, select Rectangular Region
3. Take a new screensot

OBSERVED RESULT
Spectacle disappears, you can't select a region.

EXPECTED RESULT
Spectacle disappers and you can select a region.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.81.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It is reproducible every time. This is on a Lenovo Yoga 12, a convertible laptop.

I've just tested this and I can capture a region with one of my screens rotated. Can you please check to see if you are still able to reproduce this issue?
