SUMMARY

When you move the mouse, you cannot scroll inside XWayland 

App tested : 
Chrome, Visual studio code, Skype


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open code
2. open a large file
3. move mouse and scroll

OBSERVED RESULT

Not scroll append

EXPECTED RESULT
The two works :)

Ok it's an electron backend bug ... i will open issue on it
