SUMMARY
Context menus opens on the screen at the left of the current window

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run KDE 5.21.4 on a dual monitor setup
2. Run VSCode (reproduce on every program, just easier to spot) maximized on the right-most screen
3. Open File Menu on the menu bar (and/or, click the app icon, *only way to spot it outisde of VSCode*)

OBSERVED RESULT
The menu opens on the screen at the left

EXPECTED RESULT
It shoud open on the application's actual screen

Reported on vscode Github issues, recognised as to maybe be a KDE bug
https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/122820
The application is still recognised as on the right screen (the | App Icon - Move to Screen | menu still reports the right screen)

Almost certainly not a KDE issue. Likely a weird electron problem that VSCode triggers. Does it reproduce with any other apps if you try the same thing there?

Yes, like I said

Every app is affected, but not in the same way, to trigger the bug you need to click the app icon in the top left corner of the app, it will pop the [Maximize, Minimize...] menu on the other screen

VSCode does not trigger the bug with the file menu with it overriding the default window decorations. Only default decoration is impacted
