Name column keeps hiding

Name column is not listed at top of the list and is configured as Hidden and keep hiding after configuring it to be shown. After grabbing it to top and change it to "Text Only" it shows duplicated columns named "Name". See attached video for more info.

NB: This problem happens in all tables with "Name" column.

Fixed in 5.22 already.
