SUMMARY
After installing kdenlive 21.04.0, the program will not launch successfully, and crashes after the splash screen appears.

Standalone kdenlive 21.04.0 also crashes.

kdenlive 20.12.3 was working.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kdenlive on Windows 10
2. Open kdenlive
3. Program crashes.
4. When attempting to launch again, dialog box appears with the message "Kdenlive crashed on last startup. Do you want to reset the configuration files?"
5. If "Yes" is chosen, the same message reappears.
6. If "No" is chosen, kdenlive crashes again.

OBSERVED RESULT
Program crashes on startup.

EXPECTED RESULT
Program launches.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10 Pro
Qt Version: 7.7.9

Thank you for reporting. We have an uninstall issue with version 21.04. Goto c:\program files\Kdenlive. Delete the Kdenlive folder complete. Re-install Kdenlive 21.04 again. Now it should work.

@emohr Thanks for the suggestion. However, c:\program files\Kdenlive had already been deleted by the uninstall process. After reinstalling kdenlive 21.04.0, it still crashes on first startup. 

(This is, incidentally, no longer a relevant issue for me as I reverted to kdenlive 20.12.3 to finish a project and am moving to a different NLE.)
