SUMMARY
The spacer/move tool only groups the clips, but does not move them.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Place any clip on the timeline.
2. Select the Spacer/Move tool.
3. Press and hold down the mouse button while moving the mouse left/right.

OBSERVED RESULT
Clips can't be dragged. Terminal shows:

EXPECTED RESULT
Clips should be dragged.

The appimage does not have this behaviour. Only the flatpak/repository version.

Additional information:

When I open a file that was created in the previous version of KDENLive (20.12) this problem does not occur.

Yes, sorry for this regression. It was spotted the day after release. The AppImage contains the fix but not the official 21.04.0 packages (flatpak or distros). This will be fixed in 21.04.1, released on the 13th of may.

As a workaround, creating a group with at least 2 clips will solve the issue.
