Additional information: When I open a file that was created in the previous version of KDENLive (20.12) this problem does not occur.
Yes, sorry for this regression. It was spotted the day after release. The AppImage contains the fix but not the official 21.04.0 packages (flatpak or distros). This will be fixed in 21.04.1, released on the 13th of may. As a workaround, creating a group with at least 2 clips will solve the issue.
