Give a shortcut to 'insert Hold Frame" and "remove hold frame"

I gave CTRL+T and CTRL+Y
You cant press the shortcute multiple times, it stops working


I think the animation cache is interfering with the shortcuts, but maybe its something else. It does feel like the animation cach changing happens each time the shortcut fails to work.

Insert hold frame now calls correctly when used multiple times.
