SUMMARY
Spacer Tool not working any more after update to 21.04.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag clips to Timeline
2. Press M or click Spacer Tool
3. Select Clip -> following clips were selected correctly
4. Try to move -> FAIL

OBSERVED RESULT
Following clips do not move

EXPECTED RESULT
Following clips can be move back and forth

Thank you for reporting. This is a known issue if you have only single clips or single audio. This should be fixed with 21.04.1 https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive/-/commit/f559aa5d3351e59ddbd1ddf7eb8a32929d0179ff

Workaround: Put 1 A/V clip (contains video and audio) into the timeline (on the far end for example) and the spacer tool should work.

I close the bug as it is resolved with upcoming version 21.04.1
