SUMMARY
When press caps lock to lock the capital letter and press again to disable caps lock doesn't disable and the icon continue to blink for several seconds

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install the last kde neon on windows 10 with vmware workstation player 13 
2. Press on caps lock
3. Press on caps lock again

OBSERVED RESULT
Caps lock doesn't disable and icon on desktop continues to blink, led of MSI have not a correct behaviour

EXPECTED RESULT
Caps Lock goes disabled, caps lock led on keyboard switch-off

Thank you for your bug report! 
However this bug report was created/provided previous to 01/01/2023 and also has not received any updates since  before 01/01/2025. 
Unfortunately KDE neon no longer provides updates for anything older than noble 24.04 based edition's.
Please upgrade to KDE neon noble and if you can reproduce the issue after upgrading to an active version, feel free to re-open this bug report.
