SUMMARY
This prompt to install additional language packages happens so fast that is very hard to see what's going on.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install an app that requires additional language packages such as Chromium and GIMP.

OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
This dialog should display the packages that would be installed instead of displaying in the middle of the process (which is very fast, so it's hard to see).

How did you trigger this? I have a feeling it's a Kubuntu-specific piece of software, but would like to be sure.
Comment 2 Lua 2021-04-28 05:28:53 UTC
I installed GIMP and Chromium, they always require additional packages here. But you're right, it's a Kubuntu specific software: https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/kde/kubuntu-notification-helper

I'll report this in Launchpad. Thanks!
