SUMMARY

The three keybindings
F9 Hide Folding Markers.
F10 Word Wrap.
F11 Hide Line Numbers.

stopped working.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Kate/Kile/Kdevelop
2. Hit F9/F10/F11

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing

EXPECTED RESULT
Change in  word wrap or appearance of line number column

They are intentionally removed. I guess docs need to be updated to reflect this.
