Changing global theme make some favorite icons blurry

When I change global theme, the icons of favorite items in new launcher become blurry, the only solution to fix it is to select another icon theme and apply it. See attached video for more info.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue in current git master. Can anyone else still reproduce it in 5.25 or git master?

the problem seems to be fixed.
