SUMMARY
Unable to use KDE Connect on Windows 10. After Installation launching the application fails stating its missing the "expat.dll" file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE Connect on Windows 10 (https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/kdeconnect-kde_Release_win64/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/kdeconnect-kde-1.4-569-windows-msvc2019_64-cl.exe)
2. Launch KDE Connect
3. Fails to launch

OBSERVED RESULT
Fails to launch.

EXPECTED RESULT
Launches

Experienced the same problem, both on 569 (stable) and 744 (nightly).
