hello Guys
I love plasma 5.21. it's working fine 100% with X11,

my problem is with WAYLAND:
My keyboard suffers an average of 15 seconds delays on graphical apps (like firefox), it does not happen in a terminal.

This PC is from 2009, Atlon, AMD graphic, 3 SSD's, 4 GB ram, Multiboot Win 10, Kubuntu, Debian, Kali
Keyboard US PS/2 connector

EXPECTED RESULT
wayland quick response of keyboard (like in X11), I'll stay on X11 until problem fixed

This bug was reported against an outdated version of KWin. We have made many changes since the. 
If the issue persists in newer versions can you reopen the bug report updating the version number.
