SUMMARY
Item dragging happening without actually clicking in all effect boxes and sliders (possibly other places too) messing up any typed in quantities

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Expand the Top video ui by dragging the blue bar 
2. This may or may not be how this happened but its my best guess.
3. (It might just be a me problem, but a restart doesn't do anything, so yeah)

Oh, sorry for mistaking some of the parts.
I did try a complete reinstall (and update) and it fixed it, sorry for not doing that first.

Versions:
An older version from about 2 months ago.

Expected Result:
Not changing the Values when you mouse over them horizontally while not clicking.

Observer Result:
It did just that.
