SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make a dock
2. Increase the radius

OBSERVED RESULT
The dock's color changes from red (my panel color) to grey (my window background color).


EXPECTED RESULT
The Radius increases while maintaining the red color that I use for my panels.


SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Linux Version 5.10
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.81.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Background color from window is disabled.

1. You mean version 0.9.86 which is the current git version? 
2. After you minimize or activate another window isnt the color back in normal?

5. Are you sure this is not plasma theme issue, have you tried Breeze plasma theme? Is this reproducable with Breeze plasma theme?

Ok I know what happens. Your Breeze plasma theme colors file is not valid. you need to fix its colors for the Background.
