Video with the steps until it crashes

SUMMARY
Program crashes on adding video to timeline or video thumbnail gets stuck on pointer

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add video to project bin
2. Add video to timeline
3. Add another video or png image to project bin
4. Add second video or png image to project bin
5. Add fade in effect to 2nd image or video
6. Add transform effect to 2nd image
7. Play the timeline
8. Program Crashes

OBSERVED RESULT
First Video or thumbnail gets stuck on pointer or second video is not added to timeline but instead the first video gets relocated replacing the second video.

While playing the timeline with both video and image, the program crashes.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10 20H2

Problem solved with version 21.04.0
