Description medin 2021-04-23 00:25:52 UTC
With breeze theme and sync capability, lock screen and SDDM are unified and look really good, the only problem is that lock screen takes like 10 seconds to disable blur on background image while SDDM takes 60 seconds, it would be great to have the same timeout on both.

How come?

What I meant by timeout is the time that lock or login screen takes to hide password field and other buttons and shows not blurred background image with only time and date.

I know. But why do you think they need to be the same?

I thought they both appear when user session is not used so they should preferably have the same timeout to force global consistency, but I don't know if it's necessary or even correct.

The use cases here are subtly different, and we made the timeouts different for a reason. :)
