Can't reproduce it on KDE Neon 5.22.5 with Frameworks 5.86.0. Perhaps this is an issue with the emoji font? I haven't changed it from the defaults on Neon (Noto Emoji). If you're using some other then that may be a cause. Is this issue still affecting you? If so, are those emojis only missing in the selector or everywhere on the system, such as if you paste them into a text editor?
Never looked at the issue in a long time and after many updates I think it's been resolved. I'm on Operating System: KDE neon 5.22 KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.86.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 Kernel Version: 5.11.0-37-generic (64-bit)
Great to hear! I'll mark this as fixed then.
