SUMMARY
Even though some labels of emojis show upon a mouse hover, the actual picture cannot be found leaving spaces in their place.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Emoji selector and inspect the list.

OBSERVED RESULT
Gaping white spaces can be seen in the list of Emojis representing missing Emojis.

EXPECTED RESULT
All Emojis are shown with their labels.

Can't reproduce it on KDE Neon 5.22.5 with Frameworks 5.86.0. Perhaps this is an issue with the emoji font? I haven't changed it from the defaults on Neon (Noto Emoji). If you're using some other then that may be a cause.

Is this issue still affecting you? If so, are those emojis only missing in the selector or everywhere on the system, such as if you paste them into a text editor?

Never looked at the issue in a long time and after many updates I think it's been resolved.
