1. Open an app with voice control

Multiple volume controls for 1 app

1 volume control for 1 app

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
happens on wayland as well. don't have any linux games with voice chat to test if it's a wine issue

Does it only happen for that one app? Or other apps too?

Yes. 1 firefox window, 2 tabs with sound(i.e. youtube) has 2 volume controls. I put bad steps to reproduce. It should say volume.
