Description Jürg Altwegg 2021-04-20 20:22:53 UTC
SUMMARY

Transparent PNG not working with wipes. It did work until version 20.12.1b

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Import a PNG picture in top timeline
2. Import any movie, picture or color clip in the timelime below
3. Attach a wipe (i.e. dissolve) to the PNG
4. Check in preview monitor; the PNG fades in as expected
5. Render to MP4: The rendered file fades to white

OBSERVED RESULT
The rendered MP4-file fades to white; it seems that the alpha channel has not been used.

EXPECTED RESULT
Fade in of the PNG on top of the movie clip in the timeline below.
