Description David 2021-04-19 18:29:00 UTC
SUMMARY
When I try to drag a file within a dolphin window that's tall enough to be scrollable, it will not scroll anymore as I drag the the file. Not sure which version introduced the bug.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a folder with enough files and folders to be vertically scrollable.
2. Open said folder in dolphin.
3. Pick a file at the end of the folder (visible when scrolling to the bottom) and try to drag it to one of the sub-folders at the beginning (visible when scrolling to the top). Optionally, try to scroll with the mouse wheel while dragging a file too.

OBSERVED RESULT
Does not scroll as I try to drag upwards, making it impossible to move a file at the end of the folder to a sub-folder that is a the beginning of the folder. Doesn't respond to mouse wheel scrolls either.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should scroll as I try to grad the file upwards.
