ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Can you provide a backtrace maybe?

Also please note you're using an unsupported version of Plasma. Please update to a supported version or there's not much we can do about your issue.

Hi, honestly saying I don't know how to create a backtrace ... If you can guide me through this I will try.
But there is one interesting thing that just happened. I just updated to a newer version of ubuntu, and this issue doesn't seem to appear anymore ...
So I think something changed in configuration files (?) that solved the problem (at least for now).
Why is this Plasma unsupported? From what I see on KDE the current version is 5.21. The version 5.19 is not supproted?
Comment 3 Aleix Pol 2021-04-23 00:34:07 UTC
Correct, when we release a new version we mostly stop supporting older versions, except for LTS that have a longer run.

Here's some information on how to create a backtrace on ubuntu:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Backtrace

You might want to consider testing it when you change to 21.04 as well.
