Can reproduce. The current UI does not really work for Flatpak apps.

Fix weird addons UI for certain resources (e.g. Flatpak)

In case there's no detailed list of addons but there's some other
resources that need listing, just open the view instead of a weird empty

Addons popup no longer exist on neon unstable, but list of addons is still partially hidden. Can we reopen this bug?

Partially hidden? Can you open a new bug report for that? It's not clear to me what you mean. :)
