SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Use a hidpi monitor 2. Set the scaling to 200% and reboot 3. Open some gdk based app like Clion and Microsoft-edge OBSERVED RESULT Clion and Microsoft-edge presents a VARY LARGE interface, about 4 times larger than non-set. EXPECTED RESULT They should present as we set 200% SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: Archlinux 5.11.14-arch1-1 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.81.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I can "export GDK_SCALE=1" to a terminal and run those app in terminal to solve the problem. But the operation can not last long. Plasma will set GDK_SCALE=2 every time as I set the scaling is 200%.
