SUMMARY
I have a laptop with a swiss keyboard (qwertz). I configure it in order to write this kind of letter : î, ô, ü...It works for Firefox, Thunderbird, Signal but not KDE Apps like Konsol, KAte, Dolphin...

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. generic 86 touch
2. disposition german (swiss)
3. variante french no dead key
4. configure the "right alt" key as "compose key"

OBSERVED RESULT
It's ok with application like Firefox, Thunderbird, Signal (for exemple) but it's not ok with Dolphin, Konsole, Kate, LibreOffice (for exemple)

EXPECTED RESULT
It should work for all software

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro up to date
KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.80
Qt Version: 5.15.2

Are you using Wayland, or X11?

Andrey, is this the thing that you just fixed?
