Created attachment 137551 [details] Sample HTML file I can't get KrViewer to show the text/hex contents of a very simple HTML file. F3 shows a blank tab, as do Text and Hex. Switching to "Generic" keeps creating new blank tabs.

Hello, Dan. I've tried what you write, though I found no problem using the git version of Krusader under Kubuntu 20.04. Can you follow the steps of https://commits.kde.org/krusader?path=INSTALL in order to build the git version of Krusader and tell us if your problem is solved?
