SUMMARY
So I couldn't find the right category, sorry for that.

It seems that the "rounded" theme made my panel-attached sticky note unusable. It is now super small and unreadable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on a sticky note inside a latte-dock panel
2. That's it

OBSERVED RESULT
Note is not it's usual size but rather super small. Text can't be read unless scrolling down. But there's very few horizontal space so only a few words fit in.

EXPECTED RESULT
Note is the appropriate, usual size

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Linux/KDE Plasma: 
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.80.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Plasma style: "Rounded". Problem didn't happen before installing and using this theme.
Panel: Latte-dock-git from AUR (freaking hard to know which version it actually is)

Sounds to me like a problem with the plasma theme
