Search field is nowhere to be found


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE Neon
2. Install all updates using command 'sudo pkcon update'
3. Open Discover

OBSERVED RESULT
A window opens that does not have any search field and a tiny grey message bubble appears for three seconds showing the message "cgcicon.knsrc: All categories are missing".

The version shown in the screenshot is not 5.21.4, maybe 5.11 as originally uploaded?

Please make sure that you're actually using fresh neon images when you install.

Actually version 4:5.11.0-0neon+16.04+xenial+build83 to be exact.

Apparently I got hit by a KDE neon screw-up a long while ago when they used an epoch in the version numbers and decided to remove it later...
