Open Discover OBSERVED RESULT A window opens that does not have any search field and a tiny grey message bubble appears for three seconds showing the message "cgcicon.knsrc: All categories are missing". The version shown in the screenshot is not 5.21.4, maybe 5.11 as originally uploaded? Please make sure that you're actually using fresh neon images when you install.
Actually version 4:5.11.0-0neon+16.04+xenial+build83 to be exact.
