SUMMARY
If I click the notifications icon in the taskbar, select some text, and hit Ctrl+C, it will not copy the text to the clipboard.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Get some system notifications with text.
2. Click the notifications widget.
3. Select some text within the notification and press Ctrl+C.

OBSERVED RESULT
Should copy the selected text to the clipboard.

EXPECTED RESULT
Nothing happens.
