SUMMARY

Whenever I search anything in either Krunner or Application launcher, an empty result always appears (with a gear/cog icon alongside). Clicking on it invokes the "Malformed URL error".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Application launcher or Krunner
2. Search anything, even just one letter
3. Click on the empty result with a gear (or cog) icon. Krunner classifies it in the "Document" category.

OBSERVED RESULT
A notification from Plasma Workspace appears informing about a Malformed URL. An error sound is played.

EXPECTED RESULT
No empty result is shown upon search
