STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change some settings in Notifications
2. Click on Highlight Changed Settings
3. The notifications item in the list now has a circle in a weird place.

Some of these list items have arrows as their right-most element and some do not, so the dot is always placed in the same location to ensure that all of the list items' orange dots line up vertically.
