Glitch "Record a Video" button text

It's somewhat random, but some kind of glitchiness is pretty much always there for me. If not, it'll usually appear upon hovering my cursor over the buttons. Defocusing and refocusing the window also causes an update to the glitchiness (that is, it might go away, or come back).

I should also add that I'm on Wayland, Plasma 5.21.3, Qt 5.15.2, Frameworks 5.80.0.

Are you using fractional scaling? If so, it's probably Bug 414266. If not, it's probably Bug 435456

I am not using fractional scaling.
