tar.gz of one "right" photo and one "wrong" photo

SUMMARY
When displaying photos with digiKam 7.2.0 (appimage), some "face
boxes" (put on as Face tags by Lightroom) are in the right place and
some are not.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Look at the two supplied photos (in .tar.gz file), right-008.jpg and wrong-010.jpg (in digiKam)
2. Click on the button to show the 'Face' boxes.

OBSERVED RESULT
On 'right-008.jpg' the boxes are correct. Left-to-right: Will (top), Gene, Ruth.

On 'wrong-010.jpg', the boxes are incorrect. should be (L-to-R): Gene, David, Will -- with the boxes over the faces, of course.

EXPECTED RESULT
Boxes over faces, in right order, as suggested in "Observed result".

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux 7.2.0 appimage

I cannot reproduce the problem here. All face rectangles are in the correct position.
You may have already imported the images with an older digiKam version. Temporarily activate the option to clean up the database in the digiKam metadata settings and read the metadata from the affected image again.

Good catch, Maik! Turns out: I spun up digiKam in 2018 for a test, and it must be those .db files that threw things off. I deleted those files and all was well. (I've checked many more en-Face-d photos and digiKam has done great.)

(There might be some merit to a warning of the form "Those are _really_ old database files, wouldn't you like to start over?" But that would be a separate topic.)

Thanks for your help.
