Screenshot of Wrongly Positioned Window

SUMMARY
Window placement has changed from F33. A new application window used to open in the top, left-hand side of a workspace, if it was available. Now it opens offset to the right. I see this new behavior with konsole. I attach screen shot illustrating new application window in a completely empty workspace.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open konsole on empty workspace
2.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
New application window is NOT flush left.

EXPECTED RESULT
New application window is flush left.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora F34
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.4-1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.80.0-1
Qt Version: 5.15.2-15

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Settings->Window Management->Window Behavior->Advanced->Window placement=Minimal Overlapping seems otherwise to operate correctly.

Hmm, cannot reproduce with the default "Minimal Overlapping" setting on Wayland as of git master.

Can't reproduce. If it's still an issue with 5.27, please reopen
