Windows Taskbar

SUMMARY
When re-launching Okular (ie a new instance rather than opening new file from file manager), sometimes the application uses the newer Breeze icon, sometimes the Oxygen Icon.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Okular from executable/shortcut
2. Open file
3. Find a PDF file in File Explorer and open/launch directly (via file association).

OBSERVED RESULT
Will result in 2 different icons on taskbar.

EXPECTED RESULT
Singular Application icon used for all windows/instances/sessions of Okular.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 1909 (18363.1379)

KDE Frameworks Version: 5.80.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
May be related to the discussion in [412282][1], but whichever icon is used, the program ideally should still consolidate into a single instance on the taskbar.
