SUMMARY
Pages can effectively be blacklisted by visiting the page, letting the extension activate, and then unchecking the page in the window opened after clicking on the toolbar icon. 
However, there is no other way to access the blacklist or get an overview. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Visit extension configuration. 

OBSERVED RESULT
No listing or configurability of blacklisted domains / domain patterns. 

EXPECTED RESULT
See (and ideally, be able to modify) the blacklisted domains / domain patterns.
