SUMMARY
Restoring a running application from the dock/panel/Alt+Tab after minimizing all applets(/showing desktop) restores other running applications on the screen as well.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open up a few applications (for eg: open Browser first, then without minimizing browser, open terminal). Keep terminal open on top of browser.
2. Hit the 'Show Desktop' shortcut key (Meta+D by default) to show empty desktop screen.
3. Click on the Terminal icon on panel/dock (or open terminal via Alt+Tab)

OBSERVED RESULT
Restores the terminal and browser together, in the same orientation, as they were before hitting the 'Show Desktop' shortcut key.

EXPECTED RESULT
Restore only the terminal.

macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: Linux 5.11.11-arch1-1 (Bug observed on Arch Linux and also on EndeavourOS)
(available in About System)

You can use the "Minimize all Windows" applet if you want it to behave like that. :)
