STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download some image (for example, that https://wallup.net/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/06/256243-star-wars-clone-wars-animation-sci-fi-cartoon-futuristic-television-clones-series-55.jpg)
2. Try to select with something Contiguous Tool.
3. Delete, or cut, or fill selection.

OBSERVED RESULT
Like in attachment.

Solid effect/impact on image.
