SUMMARY
raising volume above 100% makes kde OSD level below icon crashes for brightness, volume etc...

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable "raise maximum volume" from volume menu in system tray
2. keep raising volume from keyboard till it gets above 100%
3. now try to lessen the volume/brightness, you will notice that the OSD progressbar is stuck at full

OBSERVED RESULT
OSD progress bar gets stuck at full 

EXPECTED RESULT
OSD progress bar acts like normal
